Community & Growth Specialist

Houston, TX (Bellaire and Heights)

We're looking for someone who loves beauty, loves people, and isn't afraid to put themselves out there.

This role is part sales, part community building, part event planning, and part relationship building.

You'll help customers discover products they love, build relationships with local businesses, lead events, and find creative ways to bring new customers into our stores.

We're not looking for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. We're looking for someone who gets excited about meeting people, making connections, and helping grow a local business.

What You'll Do

• Help customers find products they'll genuinely love
• Build relationships with our regular customers and create loyal fans
• Connect with local businesses, fitness studios, salons, schools, and community groups
• Help plan and execute store events
• Find opportunities to introduce new customers to our stores
• Assist with social media content and community outreach
• Stay up to date on beauty trends and products
• Be a positive, energetic presence in the store

You'd Be Great For This Role If You:

• Love talking to people
• Have retail sales experience
• Enjoy networking and building relationships
• Are organized and can take ownership of projects
• Have an interest in beauty, skincare, makeup, fragrance, or wellness
• Like coming up with ideas and making them happen
• Want to be part of a growing small business

• Customers ask for you by name
• Events are well attended and fun
• New customers discover our stores through your efforts
• Sales grow because of the relationships you're building
• You're constantly finding new ways to connect with the community

Compensation includes a competitive base hourly salary, monthly bonus opportunity based on sales goals, generous employee discount and an opportunity to grow into a retail leadership role as the business grows.
