Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need proof of purchase. If you have changed your mind about a product, please take care to keep the product in its original, unopened condition. This helps our small business tremendously. If you are unhappy with the opened product for any reason, we understand and will accept your return and make it right for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or any international orders.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange or receive store credit for your item, please visit us at our Bellaire shop or send us the request at hello@beautyshopbellaire.com. We can accommodate this for you as long as the product is within the eligible return period.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days less shipping charge unless the product was damaged or defective. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
